As Administrative Assistant to the Lead Pastor, Karen assists Pastor Kirk by organizing calendars and coordinating staff events. She also helps Business Administrator Susan Wright with accounting needs. Before coming on staff, Karen worked in the business world of finance then homeschooled her three children.

Karen and her husband Andrew have been married since 1995 and are blessed with two precious daughters, a super fun son, and too many dogs. She also makes a mean meatball!
