Before coming to CrossBridge, Shawn was a missionary for fifteen years with Greater Europe Mission (GEM) and worked as a church planter in Europe for thirteen years. Shawn served as the Southeastern Europe Area Director for GEM from 1998 until 2001.

Most recently, he helped foster church planting movements in Western Europe.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. His wife Becky and their three children, Joshua, Andrew, and Katie are the joy of his life.
