As the Women’s Ministry Director, Rachel oversees the women’s ministry events including The Vine, The Gathering, and the women’s retreat. Her desire is to empower the women of CrossBridge to embrace their identity in the Lord and live out their God-given calling to glorify the Lord and make his name known.  Before coming to CrossBridge, Rachel lived in California and worked for Northwestern Mutual. She then stayed home for 10 years with her boys before coming to work at CrossBridge.

Rachel graduated from the University of Northern Iowa, where she majored in Organizational Communications while working at a battered women’s shelter. She and her husband Scott were married in 2007 and  have three adventurous boys, Hudson, Jasper,  and Griffin, who love to get outdoors.

She loves exploring new places,  reading,  and unsweetened tea.
