As Production Director, Grayson Rogers oversees the live production elements at CrossBridge, including video, lighting, and online production for services, gatherings, and special events. He is passionate about creating environments that support meaningful worship and help people engage with what God is doing.

Grayson brings a diverse background in production, having worked as an audio engineer, lighting director, and video director, along with experience in design and illustration. His wide-ranging skill set helps bring excellence and creativity to every environment he leads.

He studied at UTSA, San Antonio College, and Northwest Vista College. Grayson and his wife, Aimee, are raising their three kids and love doing life together as a family.
