Ablaze Student Ministry
Ablaze Student Ministry is an authentic community that provides sixth through twelfth grade students opportunities to experience Jesus. We are passionate about helping students live an abundant life and glorify God in all the earth. Ablaze encourages and equips students to love God, love others, and make disciples. We also partner with parents as they lead their family to glorify God.
Sunday Mornings
We offer two options for students on Sunday mornings based on grade level.
Middle School Ignite (9:15 a.m. and 11 a.m.)
We present middle schoolers with biblical teaching targeted to the life stage of teens and issues unique to them. Students engage each other in a discussion group designed to help them talk it out. We meet in Building A.
High School Rally (Second Sunday of each month, 11 a.m. only)
Students learn how to study and apply the Bible to their own lives through interactive and topical teaching. We meet in Building B.
Outside of Sunday Morning
Ablaze
Middle School Ablaze | Sundays, 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
High School Ablaze | Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
At Ablaze, students play games, hear Bible-based talks relevant to where they are right now, and spend time in Lifegroups to build community and unpack the lesson.
One of the ways we do that is by putting each student in a Lifegroup based on their grade and gender. Student Lifegroups are a safe place to develop great friendship and to grow deeper in your faith. Guys and girls meet separately by grade with a couple of adult leaders. This environment is the place where real change can happen as we experience God's Spirit, God's Word, and God's people together.
Volunteers
All adult volunteers are background checked and trained before serving on Sunday mornings and at Ablaze.

Passion Conference 2025
Registration Opens Thurs., Oct. 24 at 7:00 p.m.

Non-Ablaze HS Juniors, HS Seniors, and College Students are welcome to register for the waitlist (to be contacted upon spot availability).

Conference
- January 2 (evening) - January 4 (morning)
Return to San Antonio
- Estimated Bus Departure : Jan. 4 around 2:00 p.m.
- Estimated Bus Arrival: Jan. 5 around 9:00 a.m.
Details:
- We have a limited number of tickets. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
- Remainder of payment due by December 16, 2024.
- Cost includes transportation, hotel, and conference ticket.
- Money for food (during travel & conference) is to be brought by the attendee.
- If you are registering a High School student, a parent is required to watch the informational video that will be sent out.
Cancellation Policies:
- $100 deposit due at registration -- Non-refundable unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist upon cancellation
- If you cancel after November 30, 2024, you are still required to pay in full (unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist upon cancellation)
Waitlist:
- You will be contacted by an Ablaze Staff member upon spot availability.
