As Middle School Coordinator, Caroline Hanson is responsible for the continued spiritual growth and discipleship of middle school students. Caroline invests in relationships with students and families, helps oversees Middle School Ignite/Sunday night ablaze service, and pours into/ equips our different volunteer teams within the Middle School ministry. Caroline has a passion to see teenagers encounter the love of Christ and to know the truth of who God is.

Before coming on staff, Caroline was the youth pastor at a local church in Kansas City Missouri and the summer camp director for the past five years. She graduated from Bible school in 2022 with a degree in biblical studies and a minor in youth ministry.

Caroline grew up coming to CrossBridge and is now back in Texas, close to family and getting the “full circle moment” to serve her home church. She is currently in seminary working toward her Master’s degree.
