As Creative Vision Director, Josh is responsible for integrating CrossBridge’s vision into production, creative, worship, and communication—collaborating across teams to help people experience Jesus in all our gatherings and events.

Prior to joining the CrossBridge staff, Josh served at CBC for over 15 years in roles including Creative Director, Production Director, and Communications Director. He is married to Melissa, and together they parent two wild and sweet boys who look just like him.

Josh grew up playing club volleyball and has a deep love for music—so much so that he admits he talks about bands way too much!
