Before coming to CrossBridge, Shawn was a missionary for fifteen years with Greater Europe Mission (GEM) and worked as a church planter in Europe for thirteen years. Shawn served as the Southeastern Europe Area Director for GEM and then joined the GEM Catalyst Team that helped foster church planting in Western Europe until 2003.

In 2024, Shawn moved from being Missions Pastor at CrossBridge to being an itinerant missionary currently serving as a Strategy Coordinator for e3 Partners in Uganda championing Disciple Making Movements and Church Planting Movements all across the Western Region.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering  from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. His wife Becky and their three children, Joshua, Andrew, and Katie are the joy of his life.
