As Associate Worship Leader, Kelsey handles administrative tasks and leads worship at different events like Ablaze, Jesus Hour, and Sunday gatherings. Before coming on staff, she worked full time for an elementary school fundraising company. She has served in various areas at CrossBridge for several years.

Kelsey grew up in a small town outside of Sacramento until 2017 when she moved to San Antonio to be near family. She is married to Joe, who is also on staff at CrossBridge. Kelsey has been on eight international Outreaches since 2019. She enjoys drinking iced coffee with friends, random dance parties, and indulging in movie marathons!
