As Marriage Discipleship Coordinators, Marshall and Christy Armstrong lead the marriage discipleship efforts at CrossBridge, supporting both engaged and married couples in building strong, healthy relationships rooted in God’s design for marriage. They are passionate about helping couples grow in faith, unity, and purpose through a biblical foundation.

Marshall and Christy have been investing in marriages for over 20 years, serving couples with wisdom, care, and intentionality. Christy previously worked as a Federal Human Resources Manager, and Marshall currently serves in Federal Human Resources after retiring from the Air Force. Together, they bring both professional experience and a deep personal calling to this ministry.

Christy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Air & Operational Space, while Marshall holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Christian Ministry. High school sweethearts, they have been married for 32 years and have one daughter who is married and lives in San Antonio.
