As Pastor of Leadership Development, Brian leads the pastors and staff in our church’s vision and strategy for fulfilling the Great Commission. He ensures that CrossBridge ministries create contexts where people can encounter Jesus, grow spiritually, and equip, and empower new leaders in their God-given callings. Prior to coming to CrossBridge, Brian was the Adult Minister at Walnut Ridge Baptist Church in Mansfield, Texas following a fourteen-year coaching career in high school basketball. Brian and his beautiful wife Debbie have three daughters, Katie, Courtney, and Camryn. He is full of leadership, energy and brings an incredible passion for Christ, connection, and an enthusiasm for God’s kingdom. Oh, and he loves all things fruit-flavored.
